Who we are
Dronoid Aerospace Private Limited is a UAV research and pilot training company
registered in India. Registered office: No. 1, Perumal Koil Street, Lakshmipuram,
Kolathur, Chennai 600099. Corporate office: No. 52, Sri Dhanalakshmi Nagar,
Athivakkam, Chennai 600052. For anything in this policy, contact
admin@dronoidaerospace.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you give us through our forms and your student account:
Your name, email address and phone number.
Your college, degree, year of study and city.
Anything you choose to add, such as skills, portfolio or CV links, and why you
want to join.
For enrolled students: the work you submit, your progress, and messages you post
in your dashboard.
Basic sign-in records (the date and time you logged in) so we can keep the
account secure.
We do not collect payment card details on this website, and we do not use
advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
To review your application, contact you about it, run the programme you join,
track your progress, issue certificates, and answer your enquiries. That is all.
Who can see it
Your information is visible to Dronoid Aerospace staff who administer the
programmes. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing.
It is stored using Supabase, our database and authentication provider, and email
is handled by our email provider. These providers process data on our behalf only.
How long we keep it
Application data is kept while we consider it and for a reasonable period
afterwards. Student records are kept for the duration of your programme and
afterwards so we can verify your certificate. Ask us and we will delete anything
we are not required to keep.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
Email admin@dronoidaerospace.com
and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we have handled
your data, you may raise it with the relevant data protection authority in India.
Children
Our programmes are aimed at college students. If you are under 18, please have a
parent or guardian complete the form on your behalf.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.

This website is operated by Dronoid Aerospace Private Limited. By using it you
agree to these terms. The content here is for information about our programmes.
We keep it accurate but we cannot promise it is always complete or current.
Applications and admission
Submitting a form is an application, not a confirmed place. We review every
application and reply by email. We may decline an application, and we may close
or reschedule a programme if there are too few participants or circumstances
require it.
Fees
Fees, where they apply, are confirmed to you in writing before you join.
Refund terms are set out at that time. Nothing on this website is an offer of a
fixed price.
Your account
Your student login is personal to you. Please keep your password private and do
not share your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
We may suspend an account that is misused.
Your work
Work you submit during a programme remains yours. By submitting it you allow us
to review it, give feedback, and store it in your student record. If we would
like to feature your work publicly, we will ask you first.
Training and safety
Drone operation is subject to Indian aviation regulation. Our training is aligned
to DGCA requirements, and completing a programme with us is not by itself a
licence or a DGCA certification unless we state so explicitly in writing. You are
responsible for flying lawfully and safely.
Our content
The text, images, course material and branding on this site belong to Dronoid
Aerospace Private Limited. Please do not reproduce them commercially without our
permission.
Liability
We take reasonable care in delivering our programmes. To the extent permitted by
law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits
liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai,
Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.

About this Program
CubeSats are standardised miniature satellites (10×10×10 cm per unit) used for space research, technology demonstration, and educational missions. This programme takes students through the complete mission lifecycle - from concept design and subsystem selection to integration, testing, and orbital analysis. Aligned with IN-SPACe and India's growing new-space ecosystem, this is one of the few hands-on satellite programmes available to undergraduate students in India.
